I cannot recommend Jim enough. We had a super inconvenient plumbing emergency in our basement on a Friday night. After calling a few places and not getting responses, Jim answered right away and was at our house in less than a half hour. It took quite a bit of troubleshooting to diagnose the exact problem we were dealing with, but he was patient and methodical until we landed on the problem. Even after nearly 5 hours, Jim was working hard on a very stubborn clog. It eventually got too late and we had to settle up for the night, but he assured us that what we paid him for that night would cover the whole job and that he would come back as soon as possible to finish the job.
