The company is very professional. They showed up when they were supposed to. Leo is a great technician. They were clean wore shoe top covers made the diagnosis of the leak and repaired it. Patti in the office is a great coordinator of the project I recommend them, Without reservation.

John Luke is a great guy -- an honest, highly competent, knowledgeable professional who cares a lot about doing right by his customers. I know nothing about plumbing or heating, so over the years he could have charged me thousands of dollars more than necessary and I wouldn't have known the difference. There have been many times when I thought that certain work had to be done but John told me that it was unnecessary or not worth it. He provides options, he doesn't dictate.

I had a semi-emergency (leak above ceiling) and needed help quickly. They were able to send someone within 2 hours and problem solved shortly thereafter. Very easy and pleasant to communicate with.
