JennTec Dry Carpet Cleaning

Scheduling online was easy. The tech called before arriving and was well within my appointment time slot. He was very friendly and courteous. He gave me the quote before the cleaning started. The foam cleaning machine was out of order that day. He did take a personal call that lasted 10 minute while working. He was talking to a friend and there was some cursing. While dealing with me, though, completely professional. My rating truly lies around the end result of my 2 area rugs and couch. In my opinion, not a lot of effort was put into cleaning them and the result resembles what I am able to achieve with my home rug cleaner. I am very disappointed.

Just had my carpets cleaned today. You and your staff are so friendly and professional, prices are very competitive, you know exactly what the price is before you start, and the results are fantastic! I also love that the products are all children and pet safe. I had a terrible experience with a steam cleaning company, our carpets were so wet they buckled, but your method is quick and effective and the carpets immediately come back to life with very little drying time. Jennifer and her crew were very friendly and did a wonderful job. Our carpet hasn't looked this good since we bought the home 3 years ago. I highly recommend Jenntec to anyone looking to make their carpets look new again.

Called JennTec for rug and carpet cleaning and were very pleased with the young man that quickly came for the 2nd time to our house. Very nice, quick, all the stains were gone, very professional. I highly recommend this local business!

EDIT: They sent someone out today to redo my floors. He did an great job ,even by himself. I am now a happy customer! I'm very happy they were willing to fix the problem. .....I'm not one to ever right a bad review but I have to be honest. My mom and I hired them to do 2 bedrooms , living room and one rug and I'm so upset ! For one the cleaner pictured is not what they brought. They brought an old vacumm and old home carpet cleaner. There is no difference in the carpet or rugs . they stayed maybe 30 minutes total and it looks awful! I know am out the 100 they were paid and whatever it will cost to hire another company ! Awful job guys !
