Remember the days when you knew the companies that you worked with, and even perhaps met the owners? Remember when a purchase meant the company would back their product, and cared about their finished product? JENSEN DESIGN IS STILL THAT COMPANY. My husband first opened a drawer and looked at me in disbelief, as the quality is THAT noticeable. As a designer and very color sensitive or definite person, they made the cabinets to my exact desired color and specifications. We are super happy. The quality shows!!!!! I always say put your money where you touch every day. The cabinetry rocks. JENSEN ROCKS! Thank you to their whole team.

Jan and Chris bring new meaning to the word excellence. Our beloved kitchen was damaged by a water leak and Jensen Design replaced our cabinets in both a bathroom and the kitchen. The finished product is an example of master craftsmanship and a joy to behold. When I am in the kitchen cooking, I find myself marveling at the detail and beauty of our cabinetry. Jan and Chris were amazing to work with. I wanted a special color that was not in their sample colors so I took them a piece of furniture that was the color I desired and they matched it. We had a difficult bathroom design and Jan worked hard to design us the perfect island vanity. The cabinets are gorgeous and all of our guests rave about their beauty. They are attentive to what your individual taste is and they can think out of the box to achieve what you want. I hired Jensen Designs to design my kitchen cabinetry and to custom measure and manufacture over a dozen interior doors (at a cost of about $2,000 per door). Not a single door opening was measured properly. Every single custom, and very expensive, door had to be trimmed down and at least one $3,000 door and two door jambs were never delivered. Jensen Designs refuses to accept responsibility for their failure to accurately measure the doors rough openings or to provide the doors I paid for but which were never delivered. They have referred me to their attorney. So, that's who Jan Jensen is. He doesn't stand behind his work and when you want him to provide what you paid for he ghosts you and has the general attitude of "oh well, sue me." Horrible experience.
