Only reason I gave 2 starts instead of zero is because I was able to have a conversation with the shipping office calm down and the forklift operator did his best so 1 star for each of them. I called 24 hours before arriving to verify my pickup items and to tell them I'm on my way. They told me I need 16 4x4x8 lumber in order to pick up "the load". Stopped at home depot on the way there and spent 1h getting the additional lumber. Arrived and checked in very quickly and after checking in I patiently waited 2 hours for them to get the load together that for reasons I don't need to mention it wasn't ready. After hour 2 they tell me to lay out all 16 lumber in a specific pattern so they can start loading. 10 minutes after I finish placing 16 lumber they approach me apologizing, "I'm sorry si

Always has everything for our jobs in stock and available for pick up. Other than the timely process to purchase this place has all your construction needs.

The reason for the 2 stars is because they have constant work. The question is, will they have your load..waiting when you arrive? We had a horrible experience with one of our drivers that showed up only to learn they had given his load to the wrong driver/company. Of course this was a huge inconvenience for us having to cancel the return load with a different customer. One things for sure is Chuck pulled a fast one on the lady in office in charge of handing out loads. Her tone of voice was shocking when she admitted fault but was extremely offended. I’m being offered future loads coming out of this Jensens location but very skeptical about the attention they pay to such serious matters. We’ve never encountered a problem with their other locations so it’s really something to think about.

If you need precast products go elsewhere! This company gave me the run around for three months on an item. Once I finally scheduled them for delivery, they no showed while I had equipment rented specifically for this delivery. Worst customer service. No one knows what is going on with orders or deliveries. If I could give this company zero stars I would.

This is not a customer-service oriented company so beware. Phone calls unreturned, emails unanswered. Overcharged despite having a quote in writing, can’t get a written receipt (probably because of the overcharge) and sales tax charged despite documentation being submitted that the project was sales tax exempt. Won’t be doing business with them again.
