Jensen Lock & Alarm

I highly recommend this company. They go way and beyond for their customers. Ill give 100 stars if I could. I needed a key Fob to start my vehicle. I called around to a few locksmiths, no luck, and when i called Jensen Lo c k &Alarm, Joe went out his way and ordered me one and kept me informed about the process . ALL THE STAFF THERE IS WONDERFUL. I would recommend this company to my family and friends

Great people got a new battery put in for my car remote works great now.

I had a small Stack-On safe that needed opened. Batteries went bad and key was lost. Got there 20min before closing. The guys investigated the safe and began working their magic. After about 5mins safe was opened. These guys were amazing. Total professional locksmiths. Highly recommended. Another note, the shop was very interesting. Called to have a key made and programmed and they charged about 300. Not bad price in my opinion. The service is what gives them a one star. They gave me a 24 hour time frame which was fine. We agreed that they would call before coming out. Well i was scheduled to leave work at 4 and they called me at 2:44pm asking if they could come out now. We agreed and after waiting 3 hours they never showed. Mr Joe wants to lie and say he tried calling all day but i was sitting and waiting. Would recommend if you like sitting and waiting on no one to show up. Wouldnt recommend as that type of service is unacceptable as a professional business. And its all Joe's fault because he got (hesitantly by the voicemail i received the next morning) "held up". Thanks for your service Joe!
