Jerry & Don's Yager Pump-Well

I'm giving these nice guys 5 stars for coming out quickly to handle an urgent situation. Plus they came with an emergency tank of water to get us through to Monday which was a wonderful surprise ! I'm very grateful to Jim & Silas for their kindness.

You're better off watching some youtube videos and buying some tools then getting ripped off by these guys. Back in the day they use to seem way more honest then they do now, now they need to be watched like a Hawk. The last time I used their services they charged me for 1-1/2 hrs travel time and their shop is 15 mins away, so I'm not sure if management knows about how the drivers add time or are just hoping that the customer won't notice but when I called to question the time frame I was met with a lot of push back. Which in my opinion was very unprofessional, they eventually reduce the bill for a half hour which was still way more then it should've been but I didn't know about it until I received my outrageously expensive bill in the mail and by then my ability to negotiate was over

Idk if it's just this type of business that operates like these guys do or if they just pray on people in need of water, but they will take advantage of you if you don't get a quote from them up front. Plus their own workers don't know the price of the products they push on you but still insist that you need it. Had these guys come out to look at my Well and they charged me 160 for less the 15 mins of inspection time, I get it they charge from the time they leave their shop and get back but Google says they're only 15 mins away so charging me 45 mins for one way seems a little outrageous. Then they just showed up before the meet time and charged me 250$ while they waited for me. I wish there were an honest Well and pump company in town but even Arollo operates the same way as these crooks

Attempted to call the local pump and well company down,the street(Larbre pump and well) through voice command. And Google directed to this pump and well company which is two towns over. I tried again and still the same,result. Google was spelling Larbre as Arbre pump and well and directing,me to this site. I am not sure why this company would be a search result for Arbre pump and well? Other than to be a scam. Arbre is clearly not their name or mentioned on their site. This is very misleading and should be corrected immediately. So just to be clear this is not the small generational family business of Sonoma Valley. This is not Larbre pump and well.

Came out on a Sunday morning to fix the control box on the well. Had the parts, and had everything taken care of promptly
