Jerry's Blacktop, Inc., Asphalt driveway, and Parking lot

Jerry and his sons were repairing and resurfacing a neighbors commercial parking lot in Osseo when I happened to see them working. Seeing an opportunity to repair my lot I asked if they had time and asphalt. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and professional. The patch was excellent and quick. I would highly recommend this experienced multi-generational family owned business. They will be my first call when I need more work.

I needed my drivway replaced and I called for several quotes and Jerry's was the lowest price, my drive way is 30' x 80' so it is pretty large. They should up on-time and got the job done in a quickly and the driveway looks great!! I would recommend Jerry's to anyone looking for a commercial or residential application, they do great work and are very easy to deal with. When you call you deal with the owner directly instead of some 20 something pushy salesman who doesnt know anything about driveways!! I will tell all my friends about Jerry's.........

He stopped to help me replace a radiator hose when I was stranded on Highway 94. He went back to his shop, got tools and assisted me in replacing it. He quickly got me safely on my way in a half hour. I was able to cancel the tow truck I had already been waiting for for two hours. Very concerned for my safety although I was able to get further from the highway near a bridge. Such a sweet, kind person!

Update 1/2/19: I never heard from Jerry's other than the comment left on this review. However, I noticed while shoveling our recent snow that the crack was patched. The patch is noticeably darker than the surrounding asphalt, and while I have no idea when it was patched (since I never heard from them.) it has been. Original Review: Jerry installed a driveway for me on July 11th 2017. Initially I was very happy, but lately not so much. In Late August/Early September of this year I noticed a 10 foot long crack, which has now opened up to almost 1/4" wide in some spots. I have called and left at least three messages, and have yet to receive a call back.

I had Jerry’s install my driveway in October 2017 in the Spring of 2018, I have two cracks. I have called him several times asking him to look at the cracks. He actually called back once and said he come take a look. Hasn’t showed up yet. Apparently he doesn’t honor his three year materials and workmanship guarantee. Buyer beware.
