Jerrys Heating & Cooling

This review is about a month post-installation. I called Jerry’s Heating and Cooling to replace an oversized furnace in my home with one properly sized for the space. Jerry’s was able to order the exact furnace I wanted—a two-stage model—and handled the installation without a hitch. They also fixed some rusty ductwork that had been affecting airflow and made sure my thermostat was programmed correctly. The team was clean, professional, and very informative throughout the entire process. A month later, the furnace is running perfectly with no issues, and my home is far more comfortable with no more cold spots. I would definitely recommend Jerry’s Heating and Cooling for furnace installs and any HVAC repairs or services.

My heater went out when it was 8 degrees out. Called up Jerry's Heating they returned my call super fast and came out immediately. Super nice people! I figured it would take a couple of days but before I knew it the same day they started installing the new heater for a great price. Customer for life. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Disorganized, unprofessional and not responsive Owners wife only responds by text - and she will respond by telling you she’s cooking her family dinner and will look into your request afterwards. One afternoon she told us her phone overheated and she had to put it in the fridge that’s why she couldn’t respond for a day and a half. They leave your house a mess, it took them 7 weeks and almost 10 visits and I still had no ac. I finally had a licensed professional come out and he fixed it within an hour and noted that the wiring had been messed up by Jerry’s. Jerry’s also tried to say my solar panels were the issue that the “voltage was too high” we had our solar panel people come out and discredit that. We had Jerry’s come out again and this time turned off the solar and they continued to

We moved into our house in January 2024 and almost immediately we had to replace the HVAC system in its entirety. We received several quotes low to high and Jerry’s was just right. They were the most personable to us and wanted to help us purchase a new system with affordability in mind. Both of their techs were amazing and very mindful of our home and put everything back the way they found it. I am very pleased and highly recommend their service.

Jerry’s went above and beyond to make sure our Air condition unit which needed replacement, was properly installed in a professional and timely manner. The technician’s were very knowledgeable and helpful. Mikilyn is so friendly and kept us up to date on everything! Jerry’s prices are half of what others quoted.
