Shawn and his helper Brandon came and did numerous repairs and replacing of parts for us. It's been almost a year and we're still satified customers! We'd definitely call again. Jerry's Plumbing is a small operation so maybe calls get lost sometimes, but if you're willing to take that into account, you will not be disappointed. Shawn's experience was obvious. He was very professional--taking his time to explain what and why, and he worked hard to ensure we were satisified with everything. It was great to have everything done right the first time!

I was recommended to Jerry’s plumbing by a prominent local businessman in B’ville, so I called them on 2-8-19. Spoke to a Kathryn. She booked an appointment for 2-13-19. On 2-13, I called her to confirm; she called me back to cancel as she said they had plumbing emergencies to deal with; whereupon, she re-booked me for 2-15. When I called to confirm the appointment on 2-15, Sean answered and said he didn’t know anything about it, but took my number and said he would call me back later that evening, which he never did. And 2 weeks have gone by since. Analysis: One of the rudest things you can do is make an appointment (for a house visit or a return phone call) and not honor it. We had set an appointment for over a week in advance. Mike, the plumber, had said he would be here around 9. He tried calling to confirm at 8:51, but I missed the call. When I returned his call at 9:23, I got voicemail. After trying to call again at 10, I got voicemail. Mike then called back to say he assumed we weren’t home and would have to reschedule. No thanks!

Mike was early but called to confirm that his arrival time would be OK. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our toilet. We're completely satisfied with his work.

Had some work that needed to be done and met Shawn for the first time. I cannot speak more highly of his professionalism and honesty. Did what needed to be done and more....the latter at no extra charge. Highly recommend !!!!!
