If I could rate this business 0 stars, I would. Been on their “list” since May and everytime I call they seem to have no recollection of me calling the first time. I USED to recommend them until the day came that I needed their help and I continue to get no response. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s sad because I truly believed they were the best in town but unfortunately I no longer think this.

I recently had an old woodstove insert removed from the fireplace in my home and replaced with a new gas insert by this company in Miles City. Summary - Will you get what you expect if you deal with them? Only if what you want is exactly what they plan to sell you. If so, the workmanship is good. If not, you won’t know until it’s too late because they will lie to you to close the sale. Buyers beware. Note: I provided a draft of this review to the company and they have not made any effort to contact me to discuss or dispute my account of our transaction. You may be assured they will care just as much about lying to you as they did to me. They did cash the check with remarkable alacrity however. Jerry’s has always treated us right! We had them install a central air unit/furnace and they have always helped us when we had questions or issues with either of them. They have walked us through troubleshooting and gave us things to check out! They are always busy so I always ask what can we do to fix it and they offer to walk us through it! Absolutely amazing people!
