Justin and Matt came on time to close our pool. Good job. Gordon came prior to help install a new liner and everything was done well.. Nice people to deal with.

Was a customer for 12 years. Had them replace the pool liner in 2018. Have had persistent problems and had a leak in the liner in 2020. Jersey boy pools patched the liner 8 times that summer before closing with no improvement and the liner was ruined and we had to have replaced again barely 2 years later. Company was not willing to work with us and stopped calling us back even though we were long standing customers for 12 years. We ended up using another company who told us the liner was measured incorrectly and the bottom was replaced using concrete which broke up and turned into sharp stone and pebbles which poked holes in the new liner. The new company even gave us a discount since they felt so bad about our poor experience.

Had a liner installed by Jersey Boys 2 years ago. We noticed right away there were stones under the liner. Called the owner, Gordon, who said "that's easily fixed." Guess what? Still waiting. May 2020 update: Gordon never fixed the stone problem. The liner failed. Our new pool service company (Buena Vista Pools, very reliable) pulled back the cover yesterday. A rock apparently worked it's way through, and a hole developed over the winter, leaving barely 2 ft of water in pool. Now we need to replace a 3 year old liner. I wouldn't let Jersey Boys work on a mud puddle. Gordon is totally incompetent, and he really doesn't care.

We purchased a pool liner through Best pool liner company unaware that they would sub contract to a third rate pool company ,we paid $4000 for liner , install and warranty . When time came for install this pool company shows up and the owner Gordon spent the entire day screaming and yelling at his employees during the install in our yard to a point where our neighbors made a complaint over it ! The process of the install resulted in nothing but problems from the beginning. They cracked the concrete around our bottom drain which somehow we wound up having to pay him cash to repair when it was his fault ! Then they left the vacuums in our pool over two days so we couldn’t fill pool all the way with water ! We would call repeatedly and they wouldn’t respond! All in the mean time our electric

They charged me $5000 for a new pool liner that they measured incorrectly and stretched to the point where it started tearing within a month. They also never swept or vacuumed the floor before putting the liner down so all the sharp shards of gravel and cement are popping through. The two installers had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Now they refuse to answer phone calls or honor there warranty.
