JES Foundation Repair

JES did a fantastic job stabilizing our home foundation. The whole crew was professional, courteous, helpful and very hard-working. They always took time to answer my questions and help me understand all that was happening. They did a nice job with cleanup after the week long project as well. I was very impressed with the whole crew. Thanks to Osman O., Maynor R., J. Alejandro V., Abner G. and their very responsive supervisor, Rudy G.!

Update: October 2025 - We were finally able to get ahold of the local branch of JES and they promptly scheduled with us, came when they said they would and properly fixed the issues. They also spent 30 minutes on the phone with us, answering every question we had. The estimator that came out to evaluate the project was very kind and honest. Under no circumstances would I recommend this company. We had extensive and very expensive work done by JES late 2022; they installed anchors to mitigate a foundation issue. Since then, it seems like our foundation has developed 2 new cracks and the existing cracks have worsened. Also, we have since developed a water issue that we believe is related to the 2022 work they did. Additionally, they come yearly to "service" the anchors as part of our warran

We had Richard out to review our project after the crew completed work and I will say Richard is a young and talented supervisor, he was attentive and knowledgeable in the process and products and treated us kindly while helping us understand the project with the hundreds of questions we asked. He constantly kept in contact with us during the entire process and never let us worry!! I have ZERO complaints on how awesome and sweet he is! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone needing work with Groundwork’s!!

We received excellent service from the foreman and staff. They did a beautiful job on our crawlspace. Dimitri was polite and gracious. If he found anything concerning, he came right away to discuss the issue. Very professional and kind. We would definitely recommend this company for the work they do.

What an awesome experience. What started as a catastrophe was handled professionally, timely and correctly! Mostly in thanks to Rich Williams. He listened to my concerns and addressed them with confidence and knowledge. Every team member followed him comfortably which eased my mind even more so! A true leader and asset to the company!
