I was thoroughly pleased with this septic company! My husband and I had moved into our house a year ago and had no records of our tank being pumped or even knowing where our tank was located in our yard. We called Taylor septic and they scheduled us next day and took the time to look up our records to more easily find our tank location. Penny, Adam and Andy were amazing from start to finish! Penny was knowledgeable, kind and reassuring! Adam and Andy were professional, informative and caring. They immediately found the tank, pumped it, allowed us to oversee the work, informed us to use copper sulfate monthly for tree root prevention, and more! I could go on and on! We are so appreciative of them and will use them for future services!

I used their service today. They called and where exactly on time. Adam is a wonderful guy. Family owned and local. Answered all my questions I had for him with no hesitation. Both lids where removed and tank is in a much happier state thank you taylor's septic :) I definitely recommend their services.

I cannot say enough nice things about Taylor’s Septic. As a new homeowner, navigating a nightmare with our septic system, Mr. Taylor was kind and got me in as soon as he could to address our issues and ensure our repair was done before we got significant rain. The guys he sent were very nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail for me while also showing me the issue and later the repair. Will only use them going forward! Very polite and helpful crew. My septic had backed into my settling tank without my knowledge of even having a settling tank and the crew was very helpful in talking me through the system and what they had to do. Appreciate their help so much and will definitely call them again.
