We had an outstanding experience with JES on our crawlspace repair. Blake, our inpsector, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional from the very beginning. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on under the house, walked us through the solution in detail, and answered every question without any pressure. You can tell he truly understands the product and cares about getting it right. Dustin, the foreman, and his crew were just as impressive. They showed up on time, worked hard, kept everything clean and organized, and communicated throughout the entire process. My experience was great. JB worked with us up front to get all of the preliminary things in place and help us understand what needed to be done, how it was going to be done, and was always accessible when I had questions. When the job got started there were two unexpected situations. They pivoted quickly, included me in the decision that needed to be made, and worked it from there. Jose led the work and was amazing. He was extremely helpful, took time to walk me through what was going to be done, answer my questions, and keep me informed along the way. Add to that his great attitude and it was a good experience all around.

DO NOT USE! I repeat, DO NOT USE! We had our crawl space encapsulated a few years ago and it has completely failed. We had to hire other professionals to come fix JES's work because when I called them, I was told "Sorry, we did the minimum required work and you're out of warranty." They have not returned my phone call and are only interested in creating new tickets to charge us more money instead of correcting their previous work and making it right. The new company that we hired said "whoever did this encapsulation either didn't know what they were doing or didn't expect you to find out." Encapsulations are supposed to improve energy efficiency, enhance indoor air quality, and protect the home's structure from moisture-related damage, pests, and mold and JES's encapsulation has literally

My 5 stars is entirely focused on Matt Grosse. He is the salesman that sold me the job w/JES. I have an old house & very limited to no funds due to all the repairs i have had to have done w/this place the last 10years. So i have dealt w/many contractors. Some r rude, vague, very abrupt & abbrasive. Matt took his time to look over the situation & discuss w/me what he saw that needed addressing sooner than later & was detailed & patient w/explaining it to me. I had a few minor hiccups w/the company’s office manager & the crew that did the job. Nothing that couldn't be easily addressed & corrected. However, she was not always returning my calls & was hard to get ahold of so i reached out to Matt. He was always VERY polite & knowledgeable & was able to take care of the issues immediately. Ver
