JES Foundation Repair

The crew that performed the work at my house was professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. This was the second time I have had work performed by JES and they did a great job. Thanks specifically to the five that came out because they had to hand dig the entire job: James Monell, Brandon Kennedy, Stacey Scott, Sofia Gick, and Tyler Dunford.

Sofia Gick , Stacey Scott, Tyler Dunford, and Chris Soltis installed our basement water management system. The work took several days and the team worked efficiently. The work site was exceptionally clean and we were very satisfied with the completed job. Sofia Gick’s team was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Ahead of team Gick’s arrival, many push piers had to be installed. This work was performed by Dillon Slusser and his team. Dillon was knowledgeable and always happy to answer our questions. Overall, well done JES teams, We absolutely would recommend these two teams.

Michael Franklin and his assistant did a great job raising and leveling our garage floor. I was amazed at the improvement. Michael has a fine touch with his work, balancing changes in different spots to maximize the lift without cracking the concrete. Great job! I would highly recommend JES and Michael for this type of foundation work.

We recently had a sump pump and dehumidifier installed in my grandmother's basement. Sofia Gick and Tyler Dunford were amazing! They were thorough, knowledgeable and professional beyond their years. I highly recommend using JES. Shout out to Seth on the sales team as well! Top notch 👌 👏 👍

If I could give zero stars, I would. JES Foundation Repair left this building in worse condition than before. Their “work” did nothing to address the actual foundation problems, and the cracks, shifting, and damage in the brick and concrete have only gotten worse (see photos). The steps are unsafe, the foundation is crumbling, and their so-called repair looks more like patchwork cover-ups than professional work. I’m not even the property owner — I’m the commercial tenant who has to operate a business inside this building every day. When they came back out to “inspect,” they brushed everything off like it was fine and acted as if there was nothing wrong. Meanwhile, the damage is obvious and still sitting in plain sight.
