Jet Black was very timely in giving me a quote and coming out to seal my driveway. They sealed a lot of cracks—more than I had expected! Despite following their instructions and staying off the driveway for longer than recommended, the extremely hot weather this past August caused some tire marks to appear. I called to let them know, and they promptly came back during the cooler weather to assess and fix it. They were very nice, professional, and eager to make sure the job was done right!

Jet Black is a team of professionals and I liked their customer service and support. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job on my big driveway.I would recommend all my family and friends and others in Greater Rochester area to get their driveways seal and repairs. Five stars to this company.

Jet Black came as scheduled and did the requested edging and surface cleaning. They hot sealed the larger cracks and seal coated the driveway. The team was efficient, quick and thorough in cleaning up and setting up driveway barrier before leaving. Satisfied customer here!

Incredible job! Worth every penny. You may be able to get lower estimates but I have noticed that the quality of the material is very different. Also the 85’ of crack filler is an option that I don’t believe other driveway seal companies even offer, at least not in my experience. Very professional workers, who seem to not have a lot of wasted motion. Thanks Jet-Black for blowing my mind again.
