Jet Electric

Today was our second time using Jet Electric. My air conditioning wasn’t blowing cold air. I gave John a call and he came out to assess within 3 hours. He quickly realized that the installers used the wrong size pipe originally. He told me my options and gave me fair/low estimates. He is very honest, won’t try to fix unnecessary things, and works quick and efficiently. I will continue to use and recommend Jet Electric for all my electrical and HVAC needs. You will not be disappointed!

i choose a contractor by using a couple important aspects of business. The first of which is definitely work quality. Jet Electric came pretty well recommended with respect to quality and they did not disappoint! He worked cleanly and efficiently, leaving the house looking like he found it. Another aspect is communication. The contractor communicated well with me every step of the way and made sure I understood exactly what he was doing and what I was paying for. during the recent storm Wednesday, I had a portion of a tree break off which ripped the power line away from my house. I called multiple companies to fix the problem. One bailed on me saying they didn’t have time. The other didn’t bother calling me back. Not jet electric. John called me back first thing Thursday morning. He promptly arrived, explained the entire repair process and had an estimate ready for me in about 30 minutes. The job was finished by early afternoon and I’m now enjoying my AC again on these hot summer days. Do not hesitate to call jet electric for any repair you may need. After the little hiccup Jet Electric came through and we were very impressed! John was super nice and very helpful. He replaced all of our kitchen lights and added a dimmer. We are very pleased with his professionalism and would recommend him for any electrical work!
