Jetson Service Department

We’ve been waiting 8 months and counting for a replacement door that was damaged when Jetsons delivered our appliance. They said they’d get it replaced but failed to mention that it may take 6-8 months. It’s been 8 months and they still have no update and don’t seem to care at all. Stay away at all costs. They sell you a full suite of kitchen appliances, do shoddy installs and never fully commit to actually service your appliances even after spending more on their “extended warranty”. 14 calls and still waiting. Just terrible service.

I bought a top of the line Whirlpool washer from them this summer and it never cleaned right. All of our clothes would always come out dirty no matter what cycle or setting I had it on. I complained to the service department and they came out and would just say it was fine. Then over thanksgiving the agitator plate broke and they had to order a new part for it. The guy tells me he’s never seen this happen before to such a new unit. So I went without a washer for over a week with Flu A in our house. Then just a few weeks later it kept saying the load was off balance and couldn’t finish the cycle no matter what I did. It took over 12 hours to finish one load. I purchased a New Fridge May 2024 from another Appliance Dealer in Fort Pierce and have had an awful time getting it fixed. I was told they couldn't deal with it anymore and Call the Main # of the Fridge Maker. Got nowhere .. I called Jetson and Dana got the transfer of my Coverage to Jetson. I have an Appointment for Monday. I'm 82 and a Widow and have lived in St lucie County for 54 years. I am so Thankful for Dana in Service..Jetson Cares...

Called for tech to come out and reverse the door to my dryer. Service rep said they had to come out once to determine the problem then go back and order the part - resulting in TWO (2) visits. I had already contacted the manufacturer and found out it could be done and it would require a new clip. So I suggested the tech read the manual, order the part and THEN come out to do the job in one visit. Jetson rep said they don't do it that way. When I said that wasn't necessary - two visits- her response: Well why don't you just order the part yourself." Are you kidding me? Isn't that their job??? I told her I'd find a reputable service to do the job on ONE visit. I forgot to add I'll also find another appliance store to provide my tv's and appliances from now on.

Never had shopped but they match prices and Jason Starkey was awesome! From the purchase to the Delivery was great they even show you how to use the appliances! My store from Now on
