We had a furnace installed, they had to put in duct work and add to the gas line. Their men in the field were very polite and professional, always cleaning up after themselves. The ladies in the office were very kind and personable. I will continue using them as our heating and cooling company. They are good people who always do a great job.

One of the hardest problems to solve is intermittent problems. They can be really frustrating and hard to fix. Jewett heating and cooling has been great with resolving an intermittent heating problem. Thanks so much for all your support!

I had a fantastic customer experience from Office Manager Meagan who was superb—professional, responsive, and made scheduling seamless. She communicated clearly and made me feel valued as a customer. HVAC technician John Jr. was equally impressive. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough in his work, and courteous the entire visit. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made my AC unit was working perfectly before leaving. I truly appreciate the high level of service from both Meagan and John Jr. – they’re a great reflection of Jewett's commitment to quality and customer care! Thank you!
