Great service, great price, and professional workers. They rushed to get my work done to meet an insurance deadline. All my neighbors used other companies, and their roofs took multiple days. My roof was done in one day. It was a complete tear off and install. I highly recommend them.

Adam was great to work with, being very patient with me, and the person scheduling was clear with everything during the call. The crew was great, they really hustled up there on the roof. They were good at multitasking being very efficient and polite. They covered the garage roof overnight, even though the weather was clear. The cleanup was great, and the dumpster was picked up the following day. I highly recommend for their work and pricing.

I had a roof installed by JF Lopez. Their big selling point at the time was their attention to detail. However, months after the roof was done, I was still finding A large amount of nails and scraps around The outside of the house. They were finishing the job in the dark late in November, and it was clear that the cleanup was not their top priority. Now, a few years later, I am noticing curling of the shingles and metal. I’ve called the company many times over the last seven months to address the shingles and schedule replacement under the warranty agreement and they have failed to return my calls. I do not recommend this company, at least for small residential jobs. It doesn’t seem to be their priority.

From start to finish the roofing project was great. Marc and the crew went out of there way to tarp the roof before they could get started. Extremely pleased.

Great company to work with for a residential roof tear off and replacement! They communicated every step of the way! Office staff and on-site crew were rock stars. The crew worked well into the evening in an effort to finish the job before the possible incoming weather. After the shingles were on, you'd never know they were on site. The dumpster was gone the next day and all the flowers and shrubs were as good as they were when they started the job. I would highly recommend Lopez Roofing to friends & family.
