From the first call, Ember was wonderful in answering my questions and scheduling my AC unit to be repaired through my home warranty. Gary arrived and was amazing! He came on time my AC is running like new! I'm so grateful for their outstanding customer service and will definitely be looking to use them again, if necessary.

At first, when we moved into our home, this company was amazing. They helped us get a brand new furnace put in with no frustration no issues. Everything was great. Well a couple of days ago we smelled a leak in our furnace area, which was coming out of the furnace and into the air of our home. It is something that we smelled often, but just didn’t understand or realize that it was gas. It was very faint but noticeable to others that will come over. We called Jfk and spoke with Amber this morning just to get some advice on who we need to go through whether it be HVAC services our warranty department, (JFK- who installed the furnace) or our gas And again we’re afraid and scared. Our kids are living in the house. We’re in a frantic situation right now. She was highly rude, disrespectful, off

I have no problems with Jason (jfk) but I had them out to diagnose a furnace issue last winter they wanted close to 1000$ to fix it i investigated it, itwas a 135$ part took 35-45 min to fix but yet they quoted me almost 1000$ to fix i even asked the cost of the part and they wouldnt say anything but flat rate pricing so what was the mark up on the part and/or whats the labor rate, its wrong to try and charge people thst dont know anything cause you can and its just not JFK ITS ANY HAVAC ,ELECTRIC, PLUMBERS ETC: ITS WRONG ,all i can say is just get quotes from others first

If you need work done on your AC, furnace, etc, CALL THESE GUYS!!! They saved our bacon for the summer. Our AC decided to die on us and we found out our furnace was also on it's last leg. Luckily, the weather cooperated since we had to go without AC for a week or so with scheduling and getting all the parts needed for a whole new heating/cooling system. They offer flexible payment options on their site, which is great if you're like us and weren't planning on any large project purchases. The technicians were super nice, answered all our questions, cleaned up, and were great with my large dogs needing breaks, (the area were they were working is right by our back door & I kept them in another part of the house so they weren't underfoot). And again, thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We've used JFK Heating and Cooling several times. Each time they are prompt, courteous, and professional. They understand heating and cooling well, and they work hard to make sure the entire experience is easy. JFK is by far the best company of its kind, and I'd recommend them without reservation. They are our family's go-to for all heating and cooling needs.
