JFK Parking Hub

Unfortunately there is not an option to give this place a 0 star!!! This was the worst parking experience that I have ever encountered!!! And I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy. I never leave reviews regardless of my experiences but this place was so unprofessional that I feel a duty to warn others. I arrived at the location on the website (it doesn’t even exist) Ron very rudely gives me the correct address. He also informs me “ that I’m lucky he is in area or else he would have told me to cancel my reservation”. Move past that everything went fine seeing as though I didn’t need him to shuttle service me to airport. Upon returning to NYC, I called his number to be picked up (which he knew the time I landed, because I confirmed with him 48 hours prior). No answer, must have call

Best airport parking experience ever! Initially I was not sure what to expect on arrival at their office location at 1 AM, but a call to our driver led us to a nearby parking spot and shuttle van. He whisked us and another family to the terminals almost as soon as we arrived. On our return the same gentleman picked us up and we enjoyed some pleasant conversation as he threaded thick construction zone traffic. During a week away, our car moved only slightly and was in exactly the same condition as we left it. I highly recommend for their professional and friendly service and for their fantastic value.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The shuttle is disgusting and uncomfortable. This isn’t a parking space you reserve. You must drop off your car at some RANDOM location (Not the Provided Address) Then hand over the keys and allow them to move your vehicle as needed. You’ll be waiting 1hr outside after arrival for the shuttle back. Very inconvenient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My truck was VANDALIZED while in possession of JFK Parking Hub and will require a paint job. I took video and photos of my vehicle at drop off and, upon returning, my truck had apparently been keyed from the front fender ALL the way to the tail light. At the shock of seeing this, I showed the shuttle driver the videos before and after and he apologized, said someone would call me the next day. No call has ever come my way. I have called them and texted them multiple times and they have repeatedly ignored me or told me the manager was away but would call me later.

I booked a last-minute flight and needed a reliable place to park my car. I came across this company, and I’m so glad I did! The service was top-tier. Their prices are amazing. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. After parking, they quickly dropped me off at my terminal at JFK. The location is super close to the airport, which made everything even more convenient. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!” “Definitely recommend”
