JFK Red Parking

The Red lot had ample parking spaces. Directions to airtran as soon as the enter the lot was clear. However, the NJ ezpass tag was not read when you enter the parking lot. Had to take the ticket. When returning back, directions to the parking lot from Airtran station was not clear. Only one elevator was functioning. Directions to the exit was not clear in level 3. When exiting ezpass tag was not read and had to pay the parking charges with a credit card.

Parking was fine and ample. Ez pass didn't work for parking.. Nor my debit card, got sent to a new lane and took over 8 minutes to get out with the window open in the freezing cold as they tried to process a payment...

I went to park here last night for going pick up at Terminal 8. When entering the parking lot, the screen showed that it was able to read my license plate and let me in without a paper ticket. However when leaving the parking lot, the automatic reader didn’t recognize my car anymore. Since I had an EZPass, so I didn’t grab the paper ticket. When pressing the button for help, the person said he couldn’t find my license plate in the system. I actually only took around 25 min inside, but he charged me 12 dollars. I asked why it was not 4 dollars per half an hour, he just kept saying it was 12 dollars for half an hour, and asked me was I in the green lot. I think even the green lot should be only 6 dollars per half an hour. I ended up paying 12 dollars for leaving. I will try to complain the g

Plenty of parking spots available and with multilevel. I wish the same level of service is also extended to terminal 4, 5 etc as well.

When will the construction be finished… I understand it’s to make the airport better, but still...
