Mario was a bit neglectful in communication as well as sending written estimates. Because of this certain things that were supposed to be done weren't, for example when I specifically reguested entire foyer be painted it was supposed to include all wood work and doors. He then stated only back of front door. He proceeded to paint only visible entryway base boards. The only extra tasks we asked was switching out light in foyer and repairing small hole in master bathroom wall. He was " begging" for excellent reviews. Felt I was nickled and dimed in the end. The overall work was pretty good but his customer service left a sour taste in my mouth.

Mario and his crew finished a trim work project for us that looked and felt way better than before. They had thoughtful suggestions that enhanced our project even more. Easy to work with, his whole crew did a fabulous job on the roof, around the gutters and the columns. I would definitely call Mario and his crew for another project. Thank you all.

Mario did an outstanding job repairing a window leak and fixing drywall damage from the leak. His craftsmanship is excellent, you can't even tell any drywall repair was done. Communication was great. We'll be using Mario and JGM Renovation for other upcoming projects.

Mario is very professional and did an amazing job in record time. He went above and beyond in details and is truly a perfectionist. We did 3 bathrooms and a kitchen and will go back to him for my roof, windows and one last bathroom. I recommend him for any job, small or big.
