Jim is a great guy. When he shakes on a deal, he really honors it. His craft & insights of what the job is supposed to look like are beautiful. His team of contractors is respectful and great. Pat and Luis are exceptional at their craft. Pat is easy to talk to and has a keen eye for design and ensuring that every inch of his work is done with precision. He just finished up one part of a project and I felt compelled to write a review because not only the was the work what he promised (and more) but he and his men are some of the neatest workers I have ever met. They even vacuumed and were kind enough to remember my son’s nap schedule and to avoid making loud noises at those times. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about them. You want this team to elevate your home — cannot go wrong!!!!!!!!!!

Jim Cuccias and sons did a great job. They lifted/ elevated my home which meant mayor renovations from a new foundation to the rebuilt of a brand new floor. Jim and Pat model integrity and professionalism, very accommodating and true to their word. Keep me informed thru the process, great communication. I’m very happy with the end result. A solid choice.

Came late to our appt — spent time with us but couldn’t follow through with a quote. I had to contact them to find out what the quote was. When I followed up I asked for a break down of the job .. they just couldn’t be bothered. I just wish they could have been like nope we don’t small jobs. I can only imagine what they are like to work with. We moved on ..
