Called on Monday and scheduled an appointment to fix our washing machine for today at 1:00pm. It is now 5:50pm and I have yet to see or hear from Mr. George. I understand things happen. A simple returned call after leaving him a voicemail at 1:45 today, or a response to my text at 2:00, would have been nice and professional. Taking our business somewhere else.
Jim at AM&PM is highly recommended for the following reasons: quick response time; professional; provided details of the diagnosis of the problem (in this case an LG frig); disassembled and reassembled parts to get to the compressor and fan area; cleaned up work area; and reasonable price.
Jim was on time, very professional and knowledgeable and explained the problem in detail. I would recommend Jim in a heartbeat and will definitely keep this number in my contacts.
