Jim Miller and his team are wonderful to work with. They are highly responsive, punctual, and professional. He installed our water softener a few years ago, and then just last week came to replace our broken hot water heater. Excellent pricing & high quality of work. Highly recommend!

We had a major leak in our crawlspace, and they had somebody out the very same afternoon, even after a full day planned and a 30 minute drive away. Not only did they completely take care of the problem promptly, but they were very nice, genuine, and flexible. They were up front about pricing, and even threw in a reduction based on the circumstances (appreciate it!). I would recommend them any time as a trustworthy, upfront, and upstanding business who cares and does quality work.

We had Jim's guys come out and install a new shower valve and handle, as well as convert an S trap to a P trap and install our new bathroom sink in our 106 yr old house. We ran into some issues with their shower install the first time, as the pressure was really poor and there was a leaking stream behind the tub faucet on the tiled side of the wall when the shower diverter was lifted. We totally understand working with old plumbing can be tricky and human error can happen, but Jim was willing and ready to make it right and guarantee his company's work. He was able to have his guys come out two days later and they corrected it and fixed it up beautifully! Would definitely recommend Jim Miller Plumbing and they will stay in my contacts for future needs!

Unfortunately I made a very poor decision by hiring Jim for a new cabin at Strawberry Res. After meeting with Jim on a couple of different occasions to make sure we were clear on the scope of work his portion of the project commenced in Nov. of 2000. The sub-rough went well with no major issues. When it came to the rough-in prior to 4-way everything started to fall apart. Jim missed the fact that the water heater exhaust needed to be forced (even though the heating contractor and subsequently three other plumbers that I have talked with could see that was the only way to do it per plan). He also claimed that a deck tub mount for the master jacuzzi tub was an extra even though that is the only way you can fill a large tub in a reasonable amount of time which all three of the other plumbers

Jim Miller did the plumbing for my new house I just built and I felt they went above and beyond to make things perfect. They were there when they said they would be, and accommodated changes along the way. I’ve since hired they for a bunch of work at my commercial location and it’s been the same result. I would recommend them 100%.
