Jim O'Brien installed a new garbage disposal for me today. I found him to be very professional in regards to the installation. However, he was a half hour late and communication was not the best. Regardless, I would recommend him for your plumbing needs. Thanks Jim.

If you're looking for a pleasant, knowledgeable, and fair plumber, Jim is definitely your guy! When our basement flooded with dirty water, Jim was over within an hour to save us! I was panicking over what could possibly have caused the leak (aka waterfall coming from a pipe), but Jim figured it out the cause within minutes. He was able to identify that the clog was most likely caused by rocks thrown down our vent pipe (we'd notice that the mushroom-like cap had kept coming off the past few weeks, but figured the neighborhood kids just knocked them off or something...we didn't expect them to be throwing rocks down there). But Jim figured it out quickly! With adaptability, ingenuity, and tenacity that you just don't see these days, he actually was able to figure out a way to get the rocks o

He has been a great plumber for them over the years. Jim has now done several jobs for us. Most recently, Jim got our water up and running again this week after our old well pump stopped working.
