Sales rep and owner Jim Rhubart was very quick with his responses and professional, able to accommodate my requests accordingly and within my budget. Project manager Billy communicated with me throughout the entire process and was accurate with what he said. Also Eric was very communicative thru the entire process! Overall team was very quick and efficient, excellent work. We would recommend the company!

The Jim Rhubart representatives (George the salesman, Eric the production coordinator, and Billy the project manager) were experienced professionals - knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and courteous. Each of them afforded me individualized attention, following through with all details I requested. The workmen were on time, polite, hard-working and efficient. The roof was replaced with a high-quality seven-step process with long-term guarantees. Clean-up was complete. This is a somewhat pricey but highly reputable service - you get what you pay for: (They did give me a nice cost reduction for paying out-of-pocket =) I cannot recommend these roofers more highly. Billy the project manager kept me abreast with the project from beginning to end, he was also very patient with me and answered all my many questions!
