Jim Rice Custom Building

Jim remodeled our whole house in Trent Woods. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! From offering solutions when issues behind the walls became apparent, to helping design a custom fireplace wall, the high-quality of Jim‘s work is visible throughout the house. He arrived timely every day and it’s just frankly a good person. Would be happy to provide a reference for Jim.

We had to have two windows replaced and a door frame repaired in our sunroom. We could not be more pleased with how quickly the project was done, reasonably priced and a super clean up afterwards. I highly recommend this company!

Our original contractor backed out last minute, through other recommendations we contacted Jim Rice and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were redoing our master bathroom and Jim consistently kept us in the loop, communicating frequently and also offering a few ideas which made great sense for the final project.
