They did beautiful work for a great price at our house. Jim is a joy to deal with! He was straightforward and helpful. We have more work that needs done and we are definitely using them again.

Terrible carpet installation experience with this store. Here are the issues: 1) Jim is very rude to clients. 0 customer service, 0 problem solving. 2) Jim will ask you to pay before they start. NEVER do that. They can simply leave without doing the job and cash your check. 3) Unprofessional workers with limited tools. They don’t have certain tools such as scraper or vacuum cleaner. You will have to let them to use yours. They even took away my tool (a black pry bar) during the work. I would suggest you avoid this store and shop around. You will find better pricing and service.

Jim is the absolute best! After 3 weeks of shopping and estimates he came to my house saw exactly the way we wanted out home. He was as excited for it to be installed as my wife and I. Whatever you want done to your floors Call Jim first and save yourself time and stress. Lumber Liquidators can suck a fart.

Jim is a great guy to do business with and an all around great guy in general! The install looks great and the guys that did it are also pleasant and highly skilled.
