I have always recommended this business and their service to friends and family. They have always been so prompt, kind, and professional. Their receptionist has always made things run smoothly, and I have never once been concerned about the services I received. However, I have made the decision to leave a review, because this is not the company that I trust anymore. This past Friday morning my furnace went out, and I went ahead and planned for the day, as my 5 month old woke up because it was cold. I went to check about office hours and their very first online times said Monday-Thursday 8-4 and Fridays 12am-4pm. The good people at Jim Smith literally saved my life. Discovered a carbon minoxide issue with my heat ; they came out the same day and got me fixed up. I was very pleased with all areas of service! Customer Service was quick to answer the phone and got me an appointment right away to get my air checked on! She was happy to help and very polite! They were prompt at getting to my house for the appointment and took care of everything that I needed that day! We had to order a part and it was ordered and received quickly! I would use them again and I highly recommend them if you need any work done!
