This place has no clue what they are doing. Have paperwork and seal but they don't know how to turn dock light green. Do not know how long paperwork was up front was told " when light turns green come and get your paperwork" Got paperwork 20 minutes ago and light is still red! These people are clueless!!!
Pray you don't have a live load. They hand pack your trailer with boxes. Took 3.5 hours for me to get a door and it's going on 2.5 hours loading.
This place SUCKS...been here for 3hrs been loaded already got paperwork about an hour ago and the dumb ass dock worker wont disconnect me nor give me green light so i can leave..been more than an hour since i havent felt any loading...MORON..!!!!
I have been trying to get in touch with this company for all day and can’t get in touch with anybody no one answers their phone I tried a different phone number and no one is answering that one either
People were awesome.. 6hrs to load tho
