I got new roof, gutters and guards in April 2022 and was so excited to have these high price tag items done and I thought everything up above would be great for years to come. However, I call this that HORRIBLE gift that keeps on giving 3 years later. When the project was complete I called Jimmerson back right away for them to explain to me why they hung my gutters in this manner with straps. Something about them was already bothering me. I can’t say enough about the excellent workmanship and cleanup by the crew when my new roof was installed a week ago. The gentlemen worked continuously and in perfect unison to get it done. I have to add that when the leaf filter professional returned to put the filters back on he commented on what a good job they did. The gutters were clean which made his work so much easier. It has taken me over 6 months to be of the right mind to leave this review. We contracted with Jimmerson to do our siding and the project began in May 2023. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The installation was absolutely awful, with dents and gaps at almost every window. The “crew” (which I can tell they hired third party) left chunks of our old siding in our yard and at least a hundred nails. They even destroyed my flowers and kicked them under my stairs to hide them. I tried to work with the owner and his longtime employees to resolve our issues because the job was horrible and they each admitted it was - and felt gaslit and dismissed the entire time. This is an exceptional company. Excellent communication from start to finish. The job day was also impressive. As promised, the 7 member crew arrived and, besides a short lunch break, NEVER stopped working. Their teamwork was awesome to watch, as 6 people were on the roof and one on the ground supporting their needs. They completed the job in one day and left our yard clean and searched for stray nails with a magnet. I wish ever contractor was this great!
