My A/C has not worked efficiently for some time. I called to have my system evaluated. From the time he arrived and left was literally 10 minutes. He never checked any airflow at a single vent. Then says, you need to replace to whole system. It will be $25,000 dollars to replace.That is a price saying I do not want the work but if the customer is dumb enough to go for it, I'll make a double or triple the money. This is not how honest business is conducted. Please do not be a victim of this company.

Kevin had been repairing our old unit until it became unrepairable! He finally talked us into a 3 ton 16 seer Rheem. Can I just say it’s the BEST thing we have ever spent our money on! Our bill went from $400 a month to $108.00 in June! Call Jimmy Burton’s for great service and dependability!

Jimmy Burton's came out and replaced my fan motor on my outside unit. They were very prompt and Tyler was very friendly. The repair was very affordable. Highly recommend these guys.

Called two days in advance to set an appt for a technician to come out to look at my unit for a leak, well had to call 4 times and leave multiple messages on the day of appt to see if there was still someone to come out and never got a message back or call back. Had to call back and cancel and had to leave a message for that..customer service is out the window with this place
