Mr Jimmy came out to my house at 4pm when my husband got home from work to check out our system because we didn’t have any water. He diagnosed and replaced my system the same day! We have a 280 ft deep well with a submerged pump. We needed a new pump (rusted and shorted out), pressure tank (bladder was leaking) and wiring (frayed and shorted out the pump). Every step of the job he was explaining to us what went wrong with the old system and why each piece needed to be replaced, physically showing us where they were damaged. Bottom line it was old and the original installer did a sorry job. He was VERY knowledgeable, thorough, professional and funny too. He even helped us file the claim with our warranty company.
