The Home Depot

This Depot is one of the best I've been to because they first welcome you to the store by more than one person throughout the store. They are all just looking for someone to help. Their vegetables seed selection could be better put overall this is the store I chose to spend my money. Good job.

In store experience has always been great. Very friendly and helpful employees…however, go to another Home Depot for a delivery. I received no phone call or voicemail but one text inquiring about the address. Sent the driver a screenshot of the road on Apple Maps (where there were also 2 other corresponding roads to reference). Driver immediately read the text, via read receipts. Store calls me approx 45 minutes later stating my delivery can’t be delivered today because the address given doesn’t show up on Google Maps and the driver can’t back track because he has a schedule to keep…never mind my 6am-8pm window they gave me. After a brief conversation I decided to cancel the order. (The assistant manager later told me same thing, couldn’t deliver the order because address wasn’t on

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Clean store and had everything we needed! Jolene, Barbra, and Diane made our trip effortless and quick! We live in Macon but next time we need to go to Home Depot we are making the trip to the Thomaston!

Her name is Deborah sweet lady, super nice, great knowledge, no pressure, great energy excellent at sells! Took my money so fast I didn’t even feel it! We got an umbrella off and a patio/ porch table with all 4 chairs all at 50% . I will strongly recommend her, she loves her job and talking to customers you can tell! She goes above and beyond and even ask front desk for install and set up, gives you all the feedback before you think of a question! Strongly recommend her, she is a happy soul and exactly what my family needed. <3
