I can not say enough good things about Jimmy. He answered the phone after 6pm, finished up the current customer and then came over straight away. I had a backed up main pipe and could not flush anything. He did not charge me for after his either.

Excellent service, dependable and always reasonably priced. Jimmy has handled all of the plumbing issues at out 75-year-old home in downtown Swansboro for more than five years – from faulty water heaters to backed up toilets and emergency clogs. My husband was up to my dad's house trying to fix some water leaks in the bathroom and one thing led to another... They figured out that the drain line to the septic tank was stopped up .. My dad and his wife is 86 years old and for them to be without access to a bathroom is not good, my husband called a few people to see when they could come and it was going to be a few days...He called Jimmy and at first Jimmy said it would be a few days as well but when my husband explained the situation, Jimmy rearranged his schedule and was to their house in a few hours and got the job done!! This meant so much to all of us and I will be recommending Jimmy to all of my friends and family!! Thanks Jimmy!!

We had backed up drains in our kitchen and washroom. We went through two plumbers/companies before Jimmy. Neither could solve the problem. He was efficient and confident. He hydro-jetted our drain and solved both backup issues in an hour.

Plumbing backed up at 1:00am. Called several companies, and Jimmy was the only one to come out. He was professional and pleasant. Flushed the line and had it opened in no time. Would definitely recommend and call again if needed.
