Really bad installers, they should care a little bit more about other people's houses. Installer left all our faucets on the garage floor (read your fine print because they will not reinstall faucets) when they left and did not clean up any of the mess they made. See pictures attached of how poor the installation was that I had to repair after they left. It took a long time to get the house back to normal. On another note, Tiffany at the store was great to deal with, all business was conducted over the phone with Tiffany.

What an excellent experience getting our new kitchen countertops turned out to be utilizing The Stone Gallery! The very first phone call started the ball rolling smoothly for this redo. Shawna came out to evaluate our kitchen and our desires on the very same day. She’s extremely knowledgeable in her field and taught us what was doable and what was not. Greg, “Template Man” scheduled a time to measure the area we wanted changed to granite. He was very efficient and worked in a timely manner. Desiree and Tiffany always responded to our calls and needs with great organizational planning as well as positive dispositions. I’ve used Onslow Stone Gallery three times for bathroom vanities. Each time, I received expert advice, timely communication and installation, and an amazing product. Whenever I had a question or concern, it was addressed with a prompt response and professionalism. Ronnie, Shawna, Tiffany, Greg and the whole crew are great and go above and beyond to ensure their customers are completely satisfied. I love all three vanity tops!

I purchased granite counter tops from the Stone Gallery in June of 2016. The entire staff was very friendly throughout the entire process. When I picked out my slab, I chose one on their lot in Swansboro. However, when they went to cut my counter tops, I needed more stone than that slab could provide . So they chose a different slab of the same family. Unfortunately, that new slab didn't have the same colors as the one I chose(the new slab was grey and purple compared to the gold and brown slab I chose). I called the company and the owner called me back directly. Without me asking, he said they would re-cut a new set of counter tops with the right colors and come out and replace the ones they delivered for no additional cost.
