I called another company and left a message and my call wasnt answered until 4 days later.....by then I had already called Jims. They answered immediately...were courteous and professional....they were extremely busy but after hearing what i was dealing with they figured out how to fit me in the next week. The gentleman that showed up to fix the sprinkler system was very professional and showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule....i was impressed enough to finally leave some one a review

Had an appointment booked a week out and they never showed. When I called they casually said "they're on their way" until they closed the office and stopped responding. Typical contractor, go with someone more reputable.

Was no showed with a 9am appointment we schedule 1.5 weeks ago, no call. I called in they said I would get a call back. Did not receive a call. I called agin and was told someone would be there. Nothing.... my Tenents waited all day. They do not get our business.

If you're looking for a local mom and pop shop to support, this would be the one to pick! They were early to my appointment, were friendly, informative, and were very efficient. Will continue to use in the future!
