Tim replaced the doorknobs and deadbolts on my 4 exterior doors. He was so nice and was always here right on time. He did more than I ask and did a GREAT job! Hard to fine good service like he gave. The price was very reasonable. I LOVE my new locks. Thank you Tim.

The owner of the store is rude and racist. He told me and my husband not to come back because I asked him about my key fob he took apart not working. I asked for a battery he took it apart and put it back together. It wasn't working when he handed it back to me so my husband asked him why it wasn't working now and the man shoved it back in our hands and told us not to come back. Very rude and unnecessary. Definitely don't recommend if you are black.

Jim's came to my rescue today, 7/30/2023. I locked my keys in my truck and bless his heart, in this heatwave he had my doors open in a few seconds. And he didn't charge me, I was attending a funeral and he was definitely a blessing. Thank you kind sir.
