Jim's Plumbing Trouble

We hired Jims to instal new lines for our house, fix the hot water to the upstairs shower, and install plumbing under the kitchen and bathroom sink, and run lines for the dishwasher and fridge....they never finished the job. We had to use buckets under the sinks to catch water and they never returned calls or returned to finish the job...over $7000 and we had to wash dishes in a tub..

We have been using Jim's Plumbing for over 10 years, both for our home and our rentals. He has repaired or replaced garbage disposals, sinks, tubs, showers, and even water and sewer mains for us. Every time, he and his employees have been courteous and professional.

They called us back quickly and scheduled a time to come out. They showed up exactly on time and worked for several hours on several different plumbing issues we had. One of them was a toilet leaking and it's a very tight and confined area, it was very hard work and we can't say how much we appreciate their work on that. Yes it was a bit expensive, but they were here for almost 3 hours. They will be the plumbers I call anytime I need plumbing work

We used Jim’s plumbing about four years ago and had good service when they came to repair a clogged bath-tub. Which is why when our bathroom sink started acting up, we called them to come help out. Hubby called on a Friday in which they stated they didn’t have the availability to come out that day but could on Monday. He said that was fine. Monday rolls around and hubby realizes no one can be home. Jim’s plumbing calls a little after 9am, and hubby state’s that day isn’t good for us that his wife (me) doesn’t work on Friday and could we just schedule an appointment for Friday. They then inform him that they don’t schedule appointments and would call him Friday morning to set-up a timeframe. Friday morning comes around. 10:30am, no call so we call them. We are so happy with the results! Couldn’t ask for a better situation to come home to. New shower faucets. Leak repaired. Water heater installed. So many things. We are very grateful!
