This is the second time I am using Jireh Electeric’s service and it was absolutely great again. 🛠️Nelson, their electrician, was on time, professional, fast, very polite, and helpful. He cared to check everything multiple times and explained the issue clearly. Nelson answered all my questions clearly, then gave us some helpful tips, too ⏱️ Vilma, the coordinator, has been very communicative and helpful too. She made sure I get the earliest appointment and communicated their technician’s arrival ahead of time. ✅ I will definitely seek their service anytime needed in the future and recommend them as well.

This company was hired through our home warranty services our electrical outlet in our living room and the dimmer in our dining room was causing the lights to flicker. upon assessment The electrician was able to complete everything in a satisfactory manner. I would definitely hire him again to come to our home. He also installed our ceiling fan for an extra cost . I’m so happy because the ceiling fan have been sitting in the box since Mother’s Day

Absolutely no service was provided. I was provided Jireh through my home insurance. Jireh initially scheduled my appt for last Wed 930am-130pm. After not showing up, and providing no call, I reached out to be told my appointment was actually last Thurs. I have confirmation via my insurance that it was last Wed. I tried multiple times to reach out to cancel the last Thurs appt and my voicemails were ignored and I was hung up on or sent directly to vmail. Thursday they showed up while no one was at home. I reached out again to reschedule. The admin insisted she had spoke to me and confirmed the Thursday date. I told her I called after we spoke about the wrong date to reschedule. They scheduled a new date for the following Thursday 8am-10am. They did not update this in the insurance ap

Fantastic customer service - I had a power outage on New years eve and they were able to send someone that same day to help troubleshoot issue. The electrician diagnosed the problem to be power imbalance from Utility side and then came back the next day once restored to then fix any faulty breakers and outlets. Highly recommend ! Will definitely be using their services again.

This electric company is superb. They came to my home to do repairs and arrived on time, respected my home by wearing shoe covers, and the electrician Mr. Nelson was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I will recommend them for reliable service. Thank you Jireh!
