J&J chimney services

We just purchased a house here in PA. They are friendly and down to earth. We never had a wood burning stove before.Thought there was issues with it. They could have easily told us we needed a new one.They could have easily made us pay for repairs.We didn't need. But they were honest and it just needed to be cleaned.

Jason was great, provided great service and was quick and efficient. He came out promptly within just a day after first contact and he took care of everything. He's a real stand up guy and it was a pleasure having him take care of my fireplace. He even took time to offer me guidance on how to best use it safely which was greatly appreciated. I'd definitely recommend him.

Jason and Jessica (and their climber whose name escapes me), were great, they came out at night and installed a chimney liner to get my boiler back up after five inches of snowfall. The price was good, the service was great, and they answer their phone. No run-around, no answering service, if you leave a message, they get back to you. I was concerned about them doing the work in the dark with the weather we had, but they said that they would do it on that day and time, and they meant it. That's very hard to find these days.

They are personable, professional, and truly down-to-earth. What stood out most is that they don’t leave a project until it’s fully completed and they offer thoughtful recommendations for long-term solutions.
