J&J Commercial Roofing

Obviously we’ve had several issues with our roof. First of all they coated when the weather wasn’t ideal. Too cold . The coating did not take and it is coming off in chunks. They have however, come and tried repair or fix the problem, but the it has not corrected the problem. We tried and failed to contact the company and have them come and fix the problem during hot weather and were ignored. We were told that they had been on vacation and have not been contacted since. Although we have on several occasions tried to make contact. Not sure what the next step will be other than legal action if necessary. Love for them to contact us and try resolve the problem before the weather turns cold once again.

J&J just completed a 12,000 sq ft silicone covering of our manufacturing area, we are pleased with the results and they were a good value with a 20 year warranty.. T&T Manufacturing Fisk, Mo

The guys at J & J Roofing did a spectacular job! Not only did they arrive on site swiftly after agreement they completed the job very quickly and professionally. The warranty package is what sealed the deal for the City of Warren. We are very pleased with the work done and will be recommending this company to local businesses.

I wish the one year warranty wasn’t up because the roof on my house is leaking again 😩 Yes James is very nice and pretty knowledgeable, but he was not on the job much and his crew did not know a lot about residential roofing and he had to come back afterwards and fix mistakes. Can’t recommend.
