Steve and crew are great. Just finished installing our Generac generator. Communications were A+. Kept us informed and set expectations with installation time, follow-up and post installation instructions. Highly trained team that are professional yet home-town friendly. We are customers for life.

Cody and Mike are so awesome they do such good work . They fixed everything very quickly and was so awesome they found everything that needed to be fixed from putting up lights with ceiling fans three, put in new dining room light and hallway light and outlets. It was so awesome to have such professional and friendly service. God bless them for their service

Guys came over and replaced our fans this morning on Country Ckub. Two fans two guys. Fast and professional and very courteous as usual!

They were pleasant, but were not able to get back to me when they would come out to service my emergency. Mitchell Electric however was able to come out that afternoon and were very competent and reasonable. Perhaps on another day S.D. Sims would have had a tech available and been able to service our needs.

Service was great, Seth did a great job. Mike was also very friendly over the phone. They sent me a bill and I did misplaced it, that part was on me. When I did find the bill I noticed I had been charged for 2 service fees. When I had called to see if they would atleast knock off half of the 2nd service fee because just changing the element didn't work, And he had to come back and change the thermostat, the lady that answered the phone was very rude and said there was nothing she would take off because it had been 60 says since sevices had occurred. I've never left a bad review but I felt like this was unnecessary. It's December an in all honesty, As a business owner myself I would never charge someone twice because i didn't thoroughly check everything. Other then that, great guys, very p
