Ozark Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration

I called Ozark Air Conditioner at 8:00 on Monday morning thinking the new blower motor I bought was going bad. They said they would try to get somebody out as soon as possible. The Techs showed up at just before noon. They found the fan blades spinning on the center section. They had one at their shop and returned and had it replaced by 3:45 PM. I have been using Ozark for 35 years, and this fantastic service is the reason! Great customer service Guys!

Repair man came out twice and was unable to fix my Hvac. He wired it incorrectly 1st time, 2nd call, changed thermostat. Still did not work. Had to call another Hvac service. Now it is working properly.

I've been with Ozark Air since 1995. I Called in January to Tony I needed a new heat pump. March is a few days away & he STILL hasn't got back to me. So I bought one from someone who doesn't take advantage of the disabled. Jason and his dad are probably turning in their graves. Shame on you Tony!!!
