I really liked John when he came by to take measurements at my house. I actually feel bad leaving him a bad review. But, he asked if it was ok that he got my estimate to me that weekend, and I never heard back from him. Finally after the second weekend came and went I sent him a text (which we had corresponded with prior) asking him if he'd gotten a chance to write up my estimate. He never responded to me. He seemed like a nice guy; I hate leaving hard working contractors negative reviews, but if he had just texted or called and said "I'm sorry I haven't forgotten, but I also have been too busy to do your estimate," I'd understand. But I'm not going to chase down a professional flooring contractor.

John did excellent job on new hardwood flooring in my balcony and hall. Prompt with quote. Competitive pricing. Held schedule. Will use again to refinish flooring in two rooms.
