We hired Tech Valley Concrete to epoxy our garage floor with the expectation of achieving a smoother, more polished finish. Unfortunately, both the experience and the final results have been very disappointing. The owner was only present to collect payment and did not oversee the work being performed. Once we were able to park in the garage again, several significant issues became apparent: the floor surface is uneven, the newly installed drain sits higher than the surrounding epoxy floor (causing water to pool rather than drain properly), and standing water remains after rain or even a simple car wash. Additionally, when the expansion joints were refilled, they were overfilled, worsening the drainage issues. The edge where the concrete meets the garage door was also finished poorly and lo

They put in two walkways at my house and it couldn't look more perfect. And everyone that comes over compliments the walkway and asks who did such an amazing job. Nothing but professional from these guys and staff. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm changing my original review and rating due to recent events. You can see my older review at the bottom for reference. My garage floor still looks great and I am very pleased with it - that is why they still retain 2 stars. However, Tech Valley also fixed my garage apron, and I am having issues with it and have been for a while now. The skim coat added on top of epoxy for the apron has been chipping away and doesn't look very good. I am attaching a picture to this review. I have tried numerous times to contact the company to have it addressed (the first call was before one year of job completion). I was able to get connected originally, but nobody showed up to look at it as expected. Every call since, either my voicemail is not returned or the mailbox for the voicemail is full a

I originally contacted the company back in April. We agreed on a price and estimated that my job would be able to be done the first week of June. I spoke with Eric (owner?) one more time about some minor details concerning my job, and then reached out to him towards the end of May as I had not heard anything from him concerning my job. I reached out through phone calls and text messages over 10 times. I did not hear back at all despite leaving voice messages and texts for him to call me back. Just pick up the phone and give me an excuse if you don't want the job anymore. Totally wasted my time.
